Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FrameSaaS collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the platform.

Effective date: 27 March 2026

1. Who we are

FrameSaaS is a creative review and approval platform designed for photographers, videographers, editors, freelancers, and small agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use FrameSaaS.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, project details, comments, notes, and any information you submit while using the platform.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and general usage analytics to help us improve the product.

3. Connected storage providers

If you choose to connect a third-party storage provider such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or similar services, FrameSaaS may access file and folder metadata, shared-link metadata, and file content only as needed to import, display, review, and organise the assets you choose to work with inside the platform.

FrameSaaS does not access more data than is reasonably required to provide the import and review functionality you request.

4. How we use information

We may use collected information to operate the platform, import and display assets, enable review and collaboration features, improve product performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and communicate important service updates.

We may also use limited analytics and operational data to understand feature usage and improve the user experience.

5. Client review content and uploaded assets

Assets imported, uploaded, or reviewed through FrameSaaS may include images, video, audio, comments, notes, timestamps, markers, and review feedback. This information is used solely to provide the review and approval workflow of the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, upload, import, and share any content you place into FrameSaaS.

6. Sharing and disclosure

FrameSaaS does not sell your personal information.

We may share data with trusted service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, or storage-related services.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how the service is used.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-party services

FrameSaaS may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

10. Your choices

You may choose whether to connect third-party storage providers and what content to import into FrameSaaS. You may also request updates or deletion of certain information where applicable and subject to legal or operational requirements.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the product, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
