Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FrameSaaS (“the Service”), operated by SHUTTERDRE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
FrameSaaS provides a creative review and approval platform that connects to your existing cloud storage providers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. User Content
Your files remain in your cloud storage providers at all times. FrameSaaS does not copy, store, or host your creative files. We access file metadata (names, thumbnails, preview URLs) solely to enable the review experience. Annotations, comments, and approval decisions created within the Service are stored on our infrastructure.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. OAuth tokens used to connect your storage providers are encrypted at rest.
5. Billing
Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove your data from our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
FrameSaaS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your cloud storage accounts.
